Re-digging the Wells of Revival

Hi everyone, it's Chris and Marilyn, Directors of the National House of Prayer, and we are in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Actually, right now, we're in Peggy's Cove. It's so beautiful here. You can hear the water behind us, and we are here as part of our prayer tour. Yes, it's interesting. I'm sorry, Peggy's Cove is such a beautiful spot, but the Maritimes are such a beautiful spot. We actually had two incredible meetings today. In our first meeting, we met with an intercessor who had reached out to us as part of the Canopy of Prayer, and she's a United Church minister on fire for God, and just sent here, and we're so excited about the goal of her life and how she's engaging with her people here.

Our second meeting was with a denominational leader here in the Maritimes, and what God was doing here in the Maritimes. Our posture has been, in this season, was to hear what God is speaking, to hear what the Lord is speaking in the Maritimes. And on our way in, I felt the Lord speak to me. I felt him say, he was going to give me four words, and I actually thought they were going to be like four logos words, scripture verses, but in fact, they were actually words. And for the province of Quebec, I heard the word revive, or revival. And for the province of New Brunswick, we were hearing restore, which was a part

of their motto, hope restored. For Prince Edward Island, I was hearing the word rebirth, and we were there this past weekend in Charlottetown, and we had met with an apostolic leader there, and I asked him, what do you think God's doing right now? And he said, Chris, the Lord is about to birth something. This was the birthplace of confederation that he felt the Lord was about to birth something again. And that was interesting that I received this word rebirth. And here in Nova Scotia, we hear, I hear this word re-dig. You know, at one time, there was a revival here many, many years ago, many, like hundreds of years

ago in Nova Scotia, and it went along the South Shore and up to almost Windsor, and it stopped there. And I was talking with these leaders about this re-digging, and they were really excited about this. So let's pray into re-digging, re-digging the wells that once flowed freely here, those wells of revival. So let's pray. Father, Father, give us the equipment that we need to unstop the wells. Lord, those wells that have been cluttered with our stuff, forget the Philistine stuff, it's with our stuff. Lord, give us the equipment to dig up these wells that your river would flow. Lord, that your river would flow across

this province, that the power of God would flow across this province, and that revival, that, and I've said this before, that awakening would come to the church, that would lead to revival, that would bring harvest and lead to transformation.
