Hi, everyone. It's Chris Byberg, the Director of the National House of Prayer in Ottawa. Well, Happy Thanksgiving. I love this passage from Psalm 106. Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His love endures forever. I love that His love endures forever. It endures to us. It flows to us. It flows to His people. And it flows over Canada. So, I'm so grateful for this season of Thanksgiving. I know that it's been a challenging season. You know, can you believe it's been, what, 19 months and we've been in COVID? And there are still many, many challenges out there. There are many challenges coming from the government. But I'm still thankful. I'm thankful for what God is doing in our nation.

You know, last week we put out a video, or the earlier part of the week, rather, based on 1 Timothy 2. I want to revisit that again. Because it's been sitting in my spirit, and I've been meditating on it quite a bit. Especially the latter part of this passage. It's just been really resonating with me. I'm going to read it for us, and we're going to pray into it, and take it from there. I urge you then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made for everyone. For kings, and all those in authority. That we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. That is good, rather, this is good, and pleases God our Savior.

And many times we just read to that portion. We stop there. But I want to continue with this, because it's only a comma. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men and women to be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth. That last portion has been just resonating with me all week. And in fact, I thought it was almost outrageous to think this. I was waiting on the Lord, and I said, Lord, that's outrageous. That you want all men and women to be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth. Lord, how big is your love? How big is your love for Canada? That you want all men and women to be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth.

Lord, I was praying earlier, Lord, that the church would have outrageous faith to pray these prayers. Lord, that all men and women would come. Those on our streets, our neighbours, that they would come to the knowledge of the truth. Those in our workplace, that they would come to be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth. Those in our families, that they would be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth. For our Prime Minister, and our leaders, and those in authority. Lord, we pray that they be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth. Lord, we are thankful for this land. We are thankful for the people around us.

And Lord, we are thankful for your mercy and your grace, that you so lavishly pour out on us every day. God, we are thankful. And we give you praise, in Jesus' name. Amen. Thank you everybody. Happy Thanksgiving. We have lots of ladybugs here. Happy Thanksgiving. My name is Chris Byberg, the Director of the National House of Prayer. Bye for now. We'll see you next time.
