Figured at this late hour by now everyone would be asleep. But I'm not talking about you. I'm talking about the church. Well, maybe. But yeah, sorry we didn't provide you coffee. But if you are asleep, wake up because we are getting into the late hour of the day is drawing near. And so I appreciate Brad and everyone else sharing. And I feel Pine and a few others who have shared some of the things I want to share as well. So maybe this is God knocking on the door uh to to wake us into understanding God's heart. I have a question and it's for the church. So I just have a few messages for the church on behalf of God's people. The question is, what would it look like if the church loved
what God loves? What would it look like? If I could simply answer, I know a lot more Christians the church would love, wouldn't they? As we heard from Brad, Paul we know carried this deep heart as a Jew for his people. It echoed the heart of his hero Moses who also carried this intercessoral heart for Israel. Paul even exclaimed here in Romans nine, I have a great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart for his people. the similar language that Moses expressed when he came down from the mountain as they were worshiping the calf. He implored God on behalf of both of them saying Moses and Paul saying get rid of my name from the book for their Israel's salvation. So I wonder does the church
carry the same heart for God's people and where does this heart come from? Where does this love come from? I believe they both they carried the heart of God, didn't they? Right from Israel's inception, God declared over them in Deuteronomy, I haven't chosen you because you're a better or greater nation. I chose you because I love you. I love you. Jeremiah 31:3, I've loved you. This is after so much of what Israel went through. I've loved you with an everlasting love. Therefore, I've continued my faithfulness to you. This is not a conditional or temporary love that no matter what Israel was going to go through, no matter what disobedience they were going to walk through, that
God's faithful love was still going to continue for them. Whether and he explains that up today, God's faithfulness, that the nation of Israel still stands before the Lord. Isaiah 43:4 says, "You are precious in my eyes, honored, and I love you." That's Isaiah 43. And just before that, he says, "Whether you're going through the fire or water, I will be with you." Does anyone remember that famous speech from the honorable Steven Harper in Jerusalem where he declared uh that he said through fire and Canada will stand with you. And it seems that we might be a far off from that today. But when the church stands with God's heart, we can be believing that uh because this heart of God, God goes
43 that he's going to gather the nation of Israel from all corners of the earth. We've talked about this already. From the east, from the north, from the south, from every corner of the earth, God, he's going to gather his people. Yeah. the ascent of of the people of Israel, the restoration, and it's not happening on its own. It's a sign that God's love for Israel, God's love for Israel is an everlasting covenant. It's a redemptive purpose that still stands today. Jeremiah 32:41, I don't be ashamed to just keep naming off scripture because it's so powerful. It says, "I will rejoice in doing them Israel good and I will plant them in this land in faithfulness and truth."
How is he going to do it? The only time in scripture that says he's going to do it this way. He says, "With all my heart, in all my soul, the full heart of God is engaged in this one area of restoring, returning his people back to the land through Aliyia. We have 7 million Jews that are living in North America. And part of the ministry that I'm with is to to embrace them to carry the Jewish people here today before God and before we can be engaged to carry them home when the time is ready for them. But I wonder for the church, we barely spectate what's going on today and what God is doing in the Jewish people. Never mind participate in what God is doing. But I wonder what would it
be like if the church began to engage to participate in what God is doing in his very heart, what he's doing with all his heart and all his soul. And I know for you sitting here in this audience, you're like, "Yeah, I know all that. I want that." And but may you be commissioned back to your your hometown, your church, or whatever it is that carry that fire of God's heart. And don't lose it. Your pastor may not carry it, but intercede. Be a Moses. Have that intercessoral heart to carry it, to birth it out here in this nation of Canada. My wife and I are privileged and blessed to have five beautiful children. And all except one were home births. But either way, I was able to be there for
all those births. And birthing is not easy. And the closer that the birth is about to take place, the closer the contractions become and the more difficult and painful. But the result is beautiful. And that cry from the mother is like this intercessoral cry that God is calling on this nation to cry out for is uh for Israel's rebirth and that it's be coming from that cry from you as his intercessors saying now is the time. The time is right. The contractions are closer. The birthing is near. And he's calling on this nation to say, "Are you willing to cry that birthing cry of intercession uh for Israel's rebirth?" Are you willing? Isaiah 42:22 Isaiah 49, God says there's no one to
stand in the gap. Isaiah 42:22 says that there's no one to rescue, no one to cry, restore. And I wonder even today right here if we could just stand up and are we willing to cry restore for the nation of Israel? Are you the one that says I will cry restore? So on on the count of three, let's just cry it out. 1 2 3. Restore. Restore. Restore. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. Amen. Gideon only had 300 men. About that in this room or maybe less. But don't worry. Let's carry that passion to your to this nation. We're coming right from coast to coast and this is an amazing opportunity for us. Moses, do you know Moses was tempted by or not tempted, he was tested by God with with replacement
theology? When he came down from the mountain after the golden calf, God was angry. Moses then began to implore God and say, "Do not do this." As I mentioned before, but God said, "I will replace Israel with you." Do you think Moses agreed with the church today? He didn't, did he? He began to intercede on behalf of he reminded God of his promises, didn't he? What an amazing thing. You know, if we can carry that heart of Moses, of Paul today, that we don't agree with the average church today that we say, God, you have a committed promise to to Israel today. And we were reminding you as watchmen on the wall, not of Ottawa, not of the Vatican, not of DC, but of Jerusalem,
that we can be watchmen the nations for God's purpose. Isaiah 62:1 says, God has said, "I will not be silent. For Zion's sake, I will not be silent. For Jerusalem's sake, I will not hold my peace." And so God is calling us today to say, "Will you not be silent? Don't hold your peace for Jerusalem's sake until when Jerusalem is established as appraised in all the earth." And so, Father, I just commission this group here. I commission this nation of intercessors across Canada that we would raise our voice, our cry, a birthing cry for the restoration, for the birthing of your n, your people back to the heart of God. And so birth in us a heart for your heart. We pray and we thank you in
Yeshua's name. Amen. Amen.
